Well here we are, already a few days into January of 2018! And it brings us to one of the most important, if not THE most important topic in our life: Health!
From studies we know, how important the body/mind/soul connection in health is. Emotions affect your general health and your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. Meditation plays an important role in calming down your mind and accessing your inner source of Energy and Power. Next to awareness of these facts, the intake of healthy and fresh food and regular movement (a 20-30 minutes daily walk will do the job!) is as important for a healthy life style.
Lets start out with a Health Improvement Action on January 7, 2018 between 17.00-19.00 hrs, with your back to direction North East.
- Start your meditation IN the North East sector of your house, during the above mentioned timing. This can be a challenge for some of you, depending on what rooms are in the North East of your house….however try to be in that sector for best results!
- Focus during meditation on your health and the healing of your body, mind and soul. Take as much time as you need, your mind will tell you when it is done. Then follow up with the action.
- Action: sit with your back to North East and start with medical treatment, whatever this is: it can be taking (an alternative) medication, starting a new diet, taking up a meditation course, enjoying a massage, speaking out your emotions, anything that will heal your body, mind and soul!
- After that: enjoy a good night rest, which is the best for rejuvenating and harmonising your personal body-Qi.
